THIS IS THE STRENGTH EXERCISE, BUT ADDING A JUMP TOT I AND MAKE IT SQUAT JUMPS LIKE THIS IS MULTIPLYING THEFF EECTIVENESS BECAUSE NOT ONLY AM I WORKING MY LOWER BODY MUSCLES,’M I INCREASING MY CARDIO OUTPUT. SO I WON’T STOP THERE. ROUND NUMBER 2 ISLL A ABOUT LUNGES, OKAY? SO I CAN TURN A FRONT LUNGE WITH BALANCE AND STABILITY, WORKING POSTERIOR CHAIN AND ADD THE PLYOMETRIC HOP AND SKIP.
