INTRODUCTION
To tell humanitarian money programming, REACH – in partnership with the northeast (NES) and northwest (NWS) Syria Money Working Group (CWG) – conducts month-to-month Market Monitoring Workout routines in northern Syria to evaluate the supply and costs of 36 primary commodities which might be sometimes bought in markets and consumed by common Syrian households, together with meals and non-food gadgets, water, gasoline, and mobile phone information.
Of those, 18 gadgets comprise the Survival Minimal Expenditure Basket (SMEB; see under proper), which represents the minimal, culturally adjusted gadgets required to assist a 6-person family for a month.
