ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — The 49 individuals killed in a mass taking pictures at a homosexual nightclub in Florida have been honored in Orlando and world wide on Saturday, the fifth anniversary of the assault.
Audio system at a night remembrance ceremony on the grounds of former Pulse nightclub stated a rainbow appeared as survivors of the taking pictures, relations of those that died and first responders gathered. The location, south of downtown Orlando, was become an interim memorial lined with pictures of the victims and rainbow-colored flowers and mementos.
